ZDJ-800 Paper Plate Forming Machine
Model ZDJ Medium-speed Automatic paper plate machine adopts the cam to control the mould, so there is no need to buy an air compressor to save electricity, and there is no need to buy an air compressor to save costs and land.
The machine adopts PLC control, and the machine operation is more intelligent. The machine adopts horizontal pushing operation, and the paper sheets are all under control from paper suction, paper pushing, forming, and counting, which greatly reduces the problem of paper waste.
The new machine of model ZDJ Medium-speed Automatic runs at a fast speed, and the stable running speed of a single station is 80 to 120 per minute, while the traditional paper plate machine has a single station of 40-50 per minute.
It is widely applied to make paper plate (or aluminum foil laminated paper plate) in round (rectangle, square, circular, or irregular) shape. Machine speed changes against the material (paper) thickness and the plate size.
